Just a short note to say that after stripping our main computer (4 year old Compaq)
and upgrading and configurating together with some new packages including Fire Fox
3, enhancing the memory by 512MB with all the latest device drivers which Paul followed
up with an almost two hour long home visit to do the final set up and explain to
us (old pensioners!) the new security systems etc all for the princely sum of £80.
The computer is now so fast we can hardly believe it is the same machine. Great
Service, great price -
Two years ago I was having a problem finding a reliable IT person, and someone who
I could trust, and at the same time some one who was affordable -
I work from my office at home for about half my working week. My company office
however is based in Middlesex,therefore I require that my IT connection between is
available at all times. Not without the advice and support of Paul Lazarevic at Raunds
I.T would it have been possible to develop the way we work in such a seamless way.

I would like to write to say Thank You for all the help you have given me since I
came to live in the Raunds area just over three years ago. As a widow and a pensioner
my computer is invaluable to me, I live alone and use it constantly for every aspect
of daily living, banking, shopping, etc., but mainly to keep in contact with my friends
and family, it is constant companionship for me and that is why it is so important
that whenever I have a problem you offer such a speedy and reliable service. Always
willing to come out even in the evening and at weekends to get me up and running
again. Your charges are also more than reasonable and this is important to me being
on a pension, the fact that you are prepared to spend a lot of time with me giving
instruction at no extra charge, is most appreciated. It must be frustrating for
you, but at my age I did not grow up with computers, but you have given me tuition
on many aspects of getting the best use from my computer as well as upgrading it
and sorting out any technical problems it may have from time to time. I also very
much appreciate the trouble you went to to get a great scanner and printer for me
and showing me how to use it. I really hope you don't move away from the area as
I would be hard pressed to find someone else to give the kind of service you do at
such attractive prices. -
